  Great supermarket with plenty of variety. Very similar to what you expect from an IGA branch.

  Great independent store here in Toowoomba, stock some of those obscure items that the larger store don't stock. Also have alot of Qld, Local and Australian made products. Check out the deli and meat section for good discounts. Support local support Drakes

  Started going here regularly during the pandemic saga. Found them way less nervy and hysterical than the big supermarkets. They were accommodating, friendly, and somehow seemed to be more able to source stock when the big ones "couldn't". Become very popular - don't think we're the only ones that saw the light. Love their soft plastic and battery disposal bins. Decent specials, good range, rarely out of stock, checkouts well staffed. Owned by Australians too ...

  Great range of products, lots of lovely fresh fruit & vegetables, great deli with hot food too and reasonable prices on most things. We love our local Drakes IGA

  Staffs are helpful and friendly. The shop is organised and is easy to find what you are looking for. Fruit and vegetables are fresh. I just find the price a bit more expensive than other shops but otherwise great selection. Easy parking, wheelchair accessible. Today some shelf are half empty due to the panic buying. I was told that if you go shopping earlier you might get what you want/need.
